Issues When Making a Payment
Due to high traffic, you may experience difficulty placing an order where your payment doesn’t get through. If this happens:
(a) please opt to place your order using another payment method (e.g.: PayPal). You may be required to register for a new account if you do not already have a PayPal account.
(b) Text us at +6012-8856092 to request to place an order manually.
Generally, once you initiate a “Check Out”, your cart items are automatically captured in our system. We will reserve your cart items for you for a period of 60 minutes (1 hour) until your payment is successful. If we do not receive your payment online or a request from you to place the order manually, we will then proceed to release your cart items back into our store for other customers to purchase.
